Dr. Cravatta graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1998. In 2001, he completed his residency training in periodontics and received a Master of Science in Dental Research from Saint Louis University. After finishing residency in 2001, he practiced as a periodontist in Chicago. Dr. Cravatta is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, American Society of Dental Anesthesiology, Midwest Society of Periodontology, Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity, and all state and local societies associated with these organizations.
