One of the most important aspects of proper diagnosis is an oral cancer screening examination. In our office, we give our patients the option to have a non-invasive cancer screening called ViziLite Plus. This product allows us to see many cell layers that may be missed by the naked eye and has been shown to detect pre-cancer and early cancer cells. One of our goals is to treat oral cancer at an early stage. Many scientific advances have decreased cancer rate for many other areas types of cancer. In our practice, we are determined to decrease the oral cancer rate for our patients. We have been certified to use the ViziLite system in our office.
